Dieser Wein ist sortentypisch und ausdrucksstark. Schon als Gutswein in der Basisqualitt ein exquisiter Wein, nicht zuletzt weil 2019 fr die leichten Burgunder ein gutes Jahr war. Ganz klassisch besticht der 2019er Grauburgunder durch viele, gelbe reife Frchte wie Birne, Melone, Rhineclaude und ein bisschen Zitrus.
