Partially aged in barrel and disgorged October 2025, with zero dosage. The long wait is over! Stphane hasn't released a new Crmant for a couple of years, due to a couple of small and difficult harvests. But it's back now, and it's classically Tissot, with perhaps a touch more toasty yeasty note. It's almost too good to even call this a Champagne substitute; it really delivers the goods!
