Die Rezeptur des Absinths stammt aus dem 19. Jahrundert, der Wermut ist aus eigenem Anbau. Geschmacklich erinnert der Sans Frontieres an Schweizer Bleues, allerdings mit einer wesentlich wrzigeren stark wermutlastigen Note.
