1970s Maxi Dress with Cut Outs, Size XS, Handmade Prairie, Boho Tie Dye red Brand - YounglandDescription This is a really unique vintage maxi dress that I think is from the early 70s. It looks handmade to me. There is a cut out at the chest and on both sleeves. The cut outs have a drawstring around them that then ties in a bow below. It has a high neck and puffy sleeves.
