This tutu is a real work of art and totally French looking, boasting the colors of the French flag! The deep blue bodice features a V neck and a front laced pattern with blue and red ribbons. There are matching arm bands. The tutu skirt is made of 10 layers of fine white net, with two rows of red and blue ribbons towards the edges. Custom made.
