The background itself is hand dyed with subtle tonal shifts not flat pink, but a whirl of life and mystery. Each mushroom is drawn in wax by hand, then dyed, boiled, and revealed using the traditional batik process. Swirls, stars, and freehand elements surround the mushroom designs for a one of a kind
