Possibly from an earlier era, the elegant cocktail ring consists of sterling silver, and bezel set with an elongated cab of genuine smoky topaz a. k. a smoky quartz or cairngorm, measuring approximately 18 x 10 in size. It also has braided wire trim and a decorative openwork under carriage or bridge as shown. The ring
