This pattern teaches a basic strip piecing process that is used with most of our star quilts and requires 2 1 2 strips. The diamond block is used in a 100 x 100 layout that requires 48 diamonds, a background, and a border. This pattern can be made using 2 strip sets from Quiltworx as well.
