Pierhead, Cardiff Bay Color:Black paper With its own separate entranceThis is a new paper cut design of the pierhead building in Cardiff Bay and is one of a collection that I am designing of landmarks and urban landscapes. It is supplied UNFRAMED It is 30cm diameter and is made from a single sheet of cut black paper with collage (blue sea). Its mounted in relief so you really get the sense of it being made from cut paper and I recommend presenting it in a box or shadow frame..
