It is a ink additive designed to lower an inks viscosity (its thickness) so it's easier to print. BONUS: FN INK curable reducer is a low cure ink and will cure at 260. FN INK Curable Reducer is not a low bleed ink. Adding it to any ink that has low bleed properties will reduce that ink's ability to slow down or stop dye migration.
