Black & White Wiggle Dress with Jacket Vintage I found it at anThis set is so sweet and gives you the option to wear them together, wear the dress alone or add the little jacket to another outfit. The dress is in Excellent vintage condition with the original belt attached and no flaws noted. The jacket presents great but has some minor issues. There is a bit of a snag at the end of one sleeve and a bit of discoloration from age. The buttons on the jacket have clear rhinestones inset and a couple look like they
