A strong juniper focus on the nose is inter meshed with assorted citrus peel, lemon butter, coriander seed and some herbaceous vegetative notes. A complex sniff. The exceptionally pure, silky and gently warming mouth feel carries through with semi sweet citrus peel and spicy green vegetable capsicum like flavours.
