Purple Fireworks Vintage Meisen Kimono Silk Pieces from Japan, 13" x 62" # ZP-19 Ikat not vintageDeep purple, with white, coral, sage and ochre. This vintage kimono silk has the classic, desirable, intentional "Meisen Blur", feathered edges where the colors meet. Not a print, this is a true ikat, and both sides are just the same. It was woven with thin, fine silk. These pieces are from a dis assembled kimono. Pure silk in great condition except for one selvedge, which has tiny snips from the previous kimono construction, shown clearly in the last
