The bouquet includes hints of wood shavings, saffron, lemon peel, fresh thyme and juniper, followed by a light to medium bodied anise, juniper and dried herbal delivery. The finish is tangy, fresh, with liquorice root, white pepper and lemon cough lozenge through the aftertaste. Zesty and nicely integrated. 42%
