From sustainably farmed parcels surrounding the village of Weiler. The grapes are entirely picked by hand, due to the incredibly steep slopes of each vineyard site. Each site, having a different soil type and situation, brings its own elements to the finished wine. During harvest there is a very careful selection made in the
