2023 Manincor La Contessa Alto Adige Terlano Bordeaux Clairet Good energy and sense ofA blend of 55% Pinot Blanc, 28% Chardonnay, and 17% Sauvignon Blanc from grapes grown on high elevation vineyards in Italy's Alto Adige region. The wine was fermented with natural occuring yeast in neutral oak barrels for 9 months before bottling. A golden yellow color in the glass, with aromatic notes of apple, pear and sage. Texturally round on the palate, with a noteoworthy tinge of acidity on the finish. Try with roast salmon or pork tenderloin.
