2022 Domaine des Corbillieres Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 1979 It's made from old-vine MourvèdreDominique and Vronique Barbou run their family estate with passion and a deep sense of connectedness to the land. The winery is in Oisly about thirty miles due west of Tours. Their Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is far more sophisticated and complex than what much of the region produces, on par with the best of Sancerre. Try with any dish that calls for goat cheese, roasted chicken or any Piccata preparation.
